If a 5-Year-Old Can Do It, So Can You
September 8, 2008
According to statisticians, the estimated odds of acing a hole with any given swing are one in 33,000. A study by Golf Digest in 2000 said that the odds of getting two holes-in-one in the same round are 67 million to one.
So, what are the odds that a five-year-old who stands only 49-inches (that’s 4′ 1″ by the way), weights 52 pounds and shoots left-handed to boot? Who knows, but Drew Grey did it at a par-3, 75 yard hole. You can tell that he’s already on his way to becoming a professional by looking at his video….lots of waggle.
Now, if the average golfer shoots 100, you’ve only got 330 rounds of golf to play before you get your hole-in-one.
